The Basics

Leading next-generation, non-invasive treatment designed to lift, firm, and tighten the skin using advanced radiofrequency energy.

As the world's first multifrequency monopolar RF treatment, XERF™ combines two distinct frequencies, 6.78 MHz and 2MHz, to target multiple layers of the skin for natural-looking results that improve over time. By delivering precise energy where the skin needs it for a firming and lifting outcome, XERF™ stimulates the body’s natural collagen production to smooth out fine lines, wrinkles, and treat skin laxity. Due to the Advanced Integrated Cryogen Delivery, the XERF™ treatment is often described as a comfortable experience, without requiring topical numbing.

As Entiere Dermatology, we customize every Xerf™ treatment to align with your unique anatomy and aesthetic goals. Whether you are looking to define the jawline, firm the skin on the abdomen, lift the eyelids, or tighten the neck and décolletage, our board-certified dermatologists strategically adjust the depth and energy delivery to achieve natural, refreshed results without downtime.

What to Expect

Since the procedure is highly controlled and tolerated well, due to built-in cooling technology that maintains skin comfort throughout the session, normal activities can be resumed shortly after the procedure.

Mild redness and swelling may appear immediately following treatment and can persist for up to 1-3 days.

While some patients notice an immediate gradual tightening and improved skin texture, optimal results develop beautifully over 2 to 3 months as your body builds new, structured collagen.

Our Recommendations

Avoid sun exposure and tanning (including self tanners and tanning beds) for at least 2-4 weeks before the treatment.
